Shop Policies
✨ Processing Time
All items are ready to ship — if it’s available on the site, it’s already made and in stock.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 days.
If your order includes multiple items, they will ship together in one package.
If any unexpected delays occur, I’ll reach out right away.
📦 Shipping
Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS.
- Domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days.
- Tracking is provided when available
Please double-check your address at checkout. I’m unable to replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
📮 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are out of my control—but I’ll always do my best to help.
If your package seems delayed or lost:
- Check your tracking info
- Contact the shipping carrier
- Reach out to me so I can assist however possible
Packages marked “Delivered” cannot be refunded or replaced.
If tracking never updates or the item never shows as delivered, please contact me and we’ll look into next steps together.
🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
If something isn’t quite what you expected, I’m happy to help.
I offer exchanges or store credit as long as:

The item is returned in the same condition it was received

You contact me within 5 days of delivery

(Holiday/Christmas orders are exempt from the 5-day window—just reach out as soon as you can!)
Once the item is returned and inspected, you’ll receive either:
- an exchange, or
- a store credit to use anytime
Refunds are not offered.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on my part.
🛠 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
I’ll make things right with a replacement or store credit, depending on what’s available.
🎁 Custom & Handmade Items
Many items in the shop are handmade or assembled by hand, which means small variations in color, texture, or placement are normal and part of their charm.
Potion bottles are filled with colored crushed glass, not real crystals.
Custom orders are always welcome! Once work has started, custom pieces are non-refundable.
