Refund policy

If something isn’t quite what you expected, I’m happy to help.

I offer exchanges or store credit as long as:

  • The item is returned in the same condition it was received
  • You contact me within 5 days of delivery
  • (Holiday/Christmas orders are exempt from the 5-day window—just reach out as soon as you can!)

Once the item is returned and inspected, you’ll receive either:

  • an exchange, or
  • a store credit to use anytime

Refunds are not offered.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on my part.
